Thanks,

Hi Celia! I will be returning to Arizona in May (hopefully) to visit everyone! I will be bringing the new man in my life if he can afford to come, but if not I’ll still be coming if everything works out.

Scott (my new man) and I were wondering when you might be expecting a new litter of doxies. We might be interested in purchasing one from you depending on the fee and if we’ll be in Arizona at the right time.

I hope everything is going well! ttyl!

I just bought some of your amazing goat cheese from the farmers market in Phoenix. I sampled the spinach while at the market and was in awe at how there was no musty flavor! I commented on this as you told me how you go about deleting this less than favorable common flavor in goat cheese. I grew up in the state of Maine. There were several great goat creamery’s there. I’ve tasted many upon many artisan goat cheeses and yours by far outmarks anything I have ever tasted! I commend you and your husband on such a fabulous farm and great products! I will holler your name around everywhere. My mother is coming to town in a couple of weeks. I plan on taking her to your stand at the farmer’s market. Can’t wait!

It was such a pleasure to feed the little Black & White baby nubian goat at the Phoenix Farmer’s Market on Saturday. In spite of the rain, it was a wonderful experience. I dearly love those two little goats and would welcome knowing their progress as they continue to grow! Fortunately, I was able to get a picture from someone in the crowd who happened by and snapped a shot. She so graciously emailed it to me and I have shared it with friends and family.

The horse on your website named “Tara” was born on my birthday. My birthday is also Earth Day–April 22nd.
Sweet!

Today at the market I purchased some Joe Parker’s. I blackened them on the grill and made a chile-butter to put on fresh corn on the cob…yum!

P.S. Thank you for giving me tips on how to grow my own peppers :-)
